The Brandeis Journal of Animal and Environmental Law (JAEL) is now accepting submissions for Volume 16, Edition 1, to be published this winter.
JAEL welcomes submissions on a wide range of environmental law and policy topics including, but not limited to, climate change, biodiversity and natural resources conservation, land use, pollution, invasive species, sustainability, energy development, environmental justice, animal rights, key federal statutes, and influential litigation.
JAEL publishes articles by academics, legal practitioners, policymakers, and other professionals. Manuscripts may be submitted through our Scholastica page. Publication offers are made on a rolling basis.
