Quinnipiac Health Law Journal is a wholly student-run publication that is part of a strong and growing Health Law expertise within Quinnipiac. Our mission is to further legal research and to provide an avenue of scholarly discourse in the areas of health law and policy, biomedical ethics and medical-legal research interests for the students at Quinnipiac University School of Law and in the legal and medical professions abroad.
Quinnipiac University has an exceptional reputation for its comprehensive spectrum of health science schools and programs, which include the School of Medicine, the School of Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and a Physician Assistant Program. The law school has a Health Law Concentration and is working diligently to forge ties across campus to the larger health sciences community. Quinnipiac Health Law Journal has an audience that spans students and faculty at the law school and the broader health sciences community at Quinnipiac and beyond.
