As a professor and Dean at International Business School at HS Fresenius, Berlin, she drives innovation in higher education, focusing on strategic leadership skills, intercultural competence, and management practices that foster sustainable development.
With over 17 years of experience, Dr. Shtaltovna is actively involved in global projects, including the implementation of the Inner Development Goals (IDG) Framework and Leading Higher Education Circle at IDG.
