The Stanford Technology Law Review (STLR) is now accepting Articles submissions for publication in Volume 29, Issue 1. We will only accept submissions via Scholastica.

All submissions should be in Microsoft Word format and in conformance with the Bluebook. All submissions should also include a brief abstract and a resume or CV.  While STLR has a word limit of 30,000 words (including footnotes), a strong preference is given to articles that are 25,000 words or less.

If you receive an alternative publication offer before we have reached a decision, please let us know and we will do our best to expedite review of your submission. In doing so, we kindly ask that you provide the following information: (1) the journal that has given you an offer; (2) when that offer was given; (3) when that offer expires. This process should be completed through the Scholastica submission portal.

For any questions, please contact STLR@law.stanford.edu. Thank you! We look forward to reviewing your submission
