The High Technology Law Journal (HTLJ) at Santa Clara Law is currently accepting submissions for its Spring 2020 and Summer 2020 issues. We are planning to release 5 issues for Vol 36. The Journal welcomes all submissions related to Law and Technology. The Journal strives to publish cutting edge articles that inspire intellectual curiosity and conversation authored by all active members of the Legal Community.
All manuscripts should be typewritten in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format and double-spaced. HTLJ currently requires conformity with The Bluebook.
Currently, our production time is 17 days. Further, details will be provided upon an offer being made.
