The University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law will begin accepting submissions for Volume 25 (2022-23) on Tuesday, February 1.
This current U.S. Supreme Court session has featured a number of high-profile cases, and we now recognize this as the last session for Justice Stephen Breyer. Therefore, we also welcome submissions related to topics before the Court this session and submissions that reflect or relate to Justice Breyer's jurisprudence, to be published in the final issue of Volume 24 (2021-2022); publication occurs in late spring to early summer 2022.
Our submissions guidelines are available here. We prefer submissions under 30,000 words, but may be flexible for articles that make substantive contributions to the field of constitutional law. Questions can be directed to the Editor-in-Chief at conlaw@pennlaw.upenn.edu. Thank you.
