The University of Louisville Law Review invites authors to submit manuscripts for publication consideration in Volume 55. The Law Review welcomes manuscripts authored by full-time law faculty members at ABA-accredited law schools. Authors should please use footnotes, not endnotes. Footnotes should follow the style set forth in the Twentieth Edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. Authors should also please include a CV or resume with their submission. Authors may submit their manuscripts and CVs or resumes on Scholastica or by sending them to lwrevsub@louisville.edu.
Founded in 1961, the Law Review is the principal publication at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. It is a general law review open to all topics and is devoted to developing the law, evaluating legal institutions, and analyzing issues of law and public policy.
