The UIC Law Review is currently seeking articles for publication in its November 2021 issue as well as all future issues. The Law Review‘s purpose is to publish scholarly works on a broad range of legal topics in at least four issues each year so submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.
The Law Review publishes works written by judges, legal scholars, noted practitioners, and UIC Law students and is proud to be among the top 12% of most-cited American legal periodicals. For submissions to be considered please review the below and we look forward to reviewing your article.
Formatting Expectations
All manuscripts must be: (1) typed; (2) must not exceed 150 pages total; and (3) must include endnotes or footnotes appended to the main body.
Additional Information
Please enclose a curriculum vitae (CV), as well as an abstract of the article for our Institutional Repository along with your article submission
Citations
All citations must conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (20 ed., 2016).
The Law Review also accepts submissions via email.
Submissions submitted via email must be in Microsoft Word format. Manuscripts submitted in Word Perfect format will not be accepted.
