The Women's Rights Law Reporter at Rutgers Law School - Newark is the oldest legal periodical in the nation dedicated to women's rights. We were founded, in part, by current Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

The Reporter seeks to publish intersectional work on a topic that touches on gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or feminism and the law. We are seeking articles or commentaries to be published in Volume 40.
