The Montana Law Review is currently accepting submissions for publication in Summer of 2017. The Review publishes articles, case notes, and essays addressing a wide range of legal issues.
Established in 1940, the Montana Law Review is one of the oldest law reviews west of the Mississippi. The Honorable James R. Browning, former chief judge of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, was a founding member and served as one of the Review’s first Editors-in-Chief. Today, the Montana Law Review remains widely read throughout the state and the nation.
