Hello.
I've submitted a piece to your journal via Scholastica that looks at the IRS as an
organization that promotes fear and intimidation in running its operation. It's called "The Kinder, Gentler IRS? Where?" In it, I make the case that the IRS continues to be concerned with winning far more than trying to treat taxpayers humanely,
