The St. Mary's Law Journal frequently ranks in the top 5% of law reviews published in the United States and has been cited on several hundred occasions by the Texas Supreme Court, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, and other appellate courts in Texas. The Journal has also been cited by the United States Supreme Court, by numerous United States Courts of Appeals, and over 40 state supreme courts. It is in the hope of maintaining this tradition that we extend an offer of publication for your article.
