The Journal of Health Care Law & Policy at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law is now accepting submissions for Volume 29!
We're seeking high-quality scholarship that examines the intersection of law, policy, and healthcare. Topics of interest include:
-Public health law and policy
-Health outcomes and access to care
-Healthcare administration and regulation
-Medical malpractice and liability
-Bioethics and emerging medical technologies
-Healthcare disparities and social justice
-Any health-related topic in the context of law and policy
Submission Requirements:
✅ Complete, final drafts (no student submissions)
✅ 5,000-10,000 words (body text, excluding footnotes)
✅ Comprehensive legal analysis with policy implications
✅ Proper Bluebook citation format
✅ Case Note or Comment format
