The Journal of Law, Economics & Policy (JLEP) is now accepting submissions for its '24-'25 publication cycle. JLEP seeks work purposefully challenging those prevailing orthodoxies at the intersection of law, economics, and public policy. Plainly, JLEP desires to introduce or amplify critical perspectives that, ultimately, push law and policy discourse touching the public interest forward and into new directions.
Submitted articles must be between 5,000 and 20,000 words to be considered. Further, while JLEP aims to select from a broad range of topics, submitted articles must have an economic nexus. Additional submission guidelines can be found here: https://www.jlep.net/publication-policy.
Submit either on Scholastica or via email to jlepsub@gmail.com.
