Marquette Benefits and Social Welfare Law Review publishes articles devoted to public interest, civil rights and social justice perspectives on employee benefits, disability, elder, health, poverty, and social insurance law - and is currently accepting submissions.
Benefits seeks to publish articles of interest from professors, policy makers, law students, and practitioners. Accessibility is key to our effort to create dialogue and progress in benefits and social welfare issues.
Please send submissions (including a CV) via Scholastica or email submissions to Samantha at benefitslaw@marquette.edu.
