You are invited to submit a paper for possible publication by the University of Cincinnati Intellectual Property and Computer Law Journal, starting February 26. The journal welcomes articles, dialogues, notes, and further comments thereon, in keeping with the editorial policy, as set out in the founding Editor’s remarks (see https://ucipclj.org/submit-a-blog-post/).
This Special Issue in the journal looks to provide a platform for researchers and practitioners alike to present new research and developments in both the areas of intellectual property and technology. Areas of interest for this special journal issue include, but are not limited to, the following topics:
· Artificial Intelligence
· Design Patents
· Drug/Pharmaceutical Related Patents
· Trademark Protection
You will need to indicate your intention to submit your full paper by email or through scholastica to the publications editor with the title of the paper, authors, and abstract. The full manuscript, as a PDF file, should be emailed to the publications editor. Authoring guidelines will be mailed to you after we receive your letter of intent.
